What This Privacy Policy Covers

  • This privacy policy relates to use of the JISC Emerge web site at http://elgg.jiscemerge.org.uk/ and related site services provided by the JISC Emerge project.
  • This privacy policy covers how JISC Emerge (hereafter named 'we') will treat personal information that we collect. Personal information is your information and includes identifiers like your name, address, email address, phone number.
  • We will not share, sell or otherwise provide your personal information to any other organisations, unless required to do so by law.
  • Your e-mail will be added to the JISC Emerge JISCmail mail list.
  • We will not send you any junk emails.
  • We may occasionally send emails of explicit interest to or containing essential information for the Users and Innovation Programme, such as the initial email validation when you create a new account, or announcements of programme wide events and activities.
