I participated in the Evolve community's online conference today: Trainers in Europe: Training the Trainer. There were 38 people in an Elluminate room. I was one of three presenters, the other two, Alan Brown and Barry Nyhan gave excellent, contrasting discussions. In a dialectical construction, Alan presented a thesis, I presented an antithesis and Barry, the synthesis. It was almost that neat with Barry neatly encapsulating the challenge of life long learning by setting out a "Continuous Innovation" model.
