Anyway today's broadcast features Rhona Sharpe. Rhona is an Educational Developer in the Oxford Centre for Staff and Learning Development at Oxford Brookes University. Her role there is to promote and support the effective use of learning technology. Ahe run a range of staff development courses and workshops, both for Brookes and nationally. Rhona is also lead researcher for the Emerge project.
In this programme she talks about the Emerge research programme and the use of the Appreciative Enquiry methodology.
