I am a PhD student at the Centre for Human-computer Interaction Design, School of Informatics, City University London. I hold a Master' degree (Information Technology) from the Multimedia University of Malaysia. I obtain my BSc. (computing) from the Technology University of Malaysia.
My research interests include the psychology and sociology of computer games, learning theories particularly in gaming, digital media such as interactive narrative and simulation. My PhD research, which is supervised by Dr. Panayiotis Zaphiris and Stephanie Wilson, deals mainly with the social aspect of game playing.
