MUVE meeting this coming Tuesday

Just a quick reminder about the MUVE meeting at LeedsMet this Tuesday coming. Here are the details:

Civic Quarter

There is also a Second Life based meeting on Monday 20th at 12 noon for anyone unable to make it up to Leeds in person. This will take place on the LeedsMet sim:

    I'd be interested to see any notes from either meeting as unfortunately I couldn't make either meeting too.

    I'm a bit of a latecomer to this group having only just got my PC upgraded so I can run Second Life ok!! At Netskills we are thinking about exploring the possibilities of using SL to deliver staff development - I'd be interested to know if there has been any dicussion of this so far?

    we had a productive afternoon and discussed a range of ideas. Dave White is going to work up a post with more details soon. Staff development wasn't discussed at this meeting, but there will probably be some discussions of this in the Second Life Education Digest archive: https://lists.secondlife.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/educators
