Moodle Suggestion For Forums: Averages With Weights: Teach!Don't Push Paper!Dennis Daniels and Demostudio3 min 7 sec - 10-Dec-2005Moodle is a course management system (CMS) - a free, Open Source software package designed using sound pedagogical principles, to help educators create effective online learning communities. You can download and use it on any computer you have handy (including webhosts), yet it can scale from a single-teacher site to a 40,000-student University.--http://moodle.org/

Moodle forums are a great tool for teaching. If the forums allowed teachers to set weights for student work based on their grades then it would make evaluations much easier. The idea is simple, give the A students more weight for the value of their opinions and the failing students less.
